🚚 Delivery & Ordering

Where do you deliver cleaning supplies in NSW?
We deliver across all of Sydney Metro NSW, including the CBD, Inner West, Western Sydney, South Sydney, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas. We are based in Sefton NSW 2162.
Do you offer free delivery on cleaning products?
Yes! We offer free delivery across Sydney Metro NSW on all orders over $200 (excluding GST). Orders under $200 may incur a delivery fee depending on your location.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders within Sydney Metro are delivered within 1–3 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for urgent orders — call us on 0421 488 799.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse at 27 Waldron Road, Sefton NSW 2162 during trading hours: Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM, Sat 8AM–1:30PM.

What types of cleaning products do you sell?
We stock: Paper products (paper towels, toilet tissue, hand towels), Garbage bags & bin liners (all sizes), Cleaning chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, degreasers, sanitisers), Cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, buckets), Food packaging, and Cleaning rags & wipes.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices on our website are displayed exclusive of GST (10%). GST is automatically added at checkout.
Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts for large orders?
Yes. We offer tiered bulk pricing on many products — the more you buy, the more you save. Pricing tiers are shown on individual product pages. For large or ongoing orders, contact us for a custom quote.
Can I set up a trade account?
Absolutely. We welcome trade accounts for businesses, restaurants, schools, hospitals and facilities managers. Contact us on 0421 488 799 or email info@bwtcleaning.com.au.
Do you supply to businesses across NSW?
Yes. We supply to restaurants, hotels, offices, schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, retail stores and households across Sydney Metro NSW.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure eWAY payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store your card details.
How do I return a product?

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
