2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed exclusive of GST (10%) unless otherwise stated. GST is added at checkout.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is mispriced, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock.
• Payment is processed securely via eWAY. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across Sydney Metro NSW. Free delivery is available on orders over $200 (ex GST).
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on location and availability.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
• If you are not present at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe location or reattempt delivery.
